Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because trailers and motor-vehicle related items are unique purchases, all returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

•    Defects or immediate issues: If you discover a problem with your trailer right after purchase (for example, you get it home and find it does not work properly), contact us as soon as possible. In many cases, we can arrange an exchange or repair.

•    Damage after purchase: Returns may not be accepted if the trailer has been significantly damaged or misused after leaving our lot.

•    Change of mind: If you decide you no longer need the trailer, we may consider a return or buy-back request at our discretion. These situations are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

•    Timeframe: We recommend contacting us within a few days of purchase if you wish to discuss a possible return, exchange, or refund.

All refunds, exchanges, or adjustments are made only after management approval. We reserve the right to decline a return if the situation falls outside these guidelines.
